a fall favorite: easy caramel apple dip

If you have never made this, you are in for an amazingly yummy treat!  This dip always gets rave reviews at any get together and it could not be easier!  All you need is one 8 oz. brick of cream cheese and a bag of caramels.  

To make the dip:
1.  open caramels and place in a microwave safe bowl
2.  Melt in microwave according to bag directions (about 1 minute, maybe check at 45 sec.)
3.  Stir melted caramels
4.  Mix in cream cheese using a hand mixer till combined (will be a milky caramel color and will taste like love)

Serve with apples!

Easy Peasy Yummy Breakfast

This easy easy breakfast will make your kids and hubby happy happy! This is, of course, not my original idea, but it was new to me and I'm so excited I tried it!! All you do is buy a tube of refrigerator cinnamon rolls (we chose the orange ones!) and make them in your waffle iron!
As for time, I just played it by ear. I really didn't have a problem with sticking, so I was able to open up the iron and check if they were done. They cook up pretty fast!
They're tasty right now at this point, but I had to adorable them up a little bit! So bust out the bento supplies . . . and voila:
