31 Days to Get A Jump Start On Christmas: Plan to Serve

Brainstorm together as a family and decide on projects and ways you can be of service to others this holiday season.  There are so many things big and small you can do to brighten someone's day and share love!

Need ideas?

Christmas Cards for Service Men & Women
Pack an Operation Christmas Child Box
Caroling + Cards + Visits at local Nursing Home
Volunteer to help provide, prepare, and/or serve a meal at a local shelter
Gift for Angel Tree
Shovel Snow from Sidewalks
Find a need and meet it (serve your friends and family with help around the house, babysitting, or a prepared meal)
Make and Take Treats to local police/firemen
Encourage siblings to do something nice for each other
Make sock or glove kits (filled with basic toiletries) to donate to shelter or hand out
Pay for the car behind you in the drive-thru
